Lewis and Clark's Fort Clatsop

Fort Clatsop offers guided tours and historical demonstrations representing Lewis & Clark's discoveries on the coast. Explore a replica of the historical 1805 encampment of the Corps of Discovery expedition, led by Meriwether Lewis and William Clark. Fort Clatsop Visitors Center in Astoria offers an interpretive program from mid-June to Labor Day featuring talks by costumed rangers and demonstrations, as well as guided tours that depart from the center. Take the 1.5-mile walk along the Netul Trail or the more vigorous 6.5-mile Fort to Sea Trail hike. From Netul landing guided kayak-canoe tours are available.
