Seaside Parade of Lights
Lighted floats, families, pets and community groups are decked out with festive lights. The Parade begins at 7pm on Necanicum Drive at 1st Avenue and moves on to Broadway to the musical tree of dancing lights, set in the pocket park at the west end of the Carousel Mall. Downtown Seaside, 300 Broadway

Seaside Boutique Artisan Fair
A holiday gathering for the entire family, find the perfect gift, visit with Santa and get the kids involved in a craft clinic and coloring contest gallery. Doors open on Friday from noon until 5pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-3pm. Seaside Civic and Convention Center, 415 1st Ave.

Gingerbread Tea at Butterfield Cottage
This Victorian beach cottage is transformed into a Christmas jewel and is open on Saturdays from 1-4pm. Step in and step back in time for fresh gingerbread served with whipped cream and hot drink treats. Seaside Museum, 570 Necanicum (503) 738-7065
