Teed Off in Lincoln City
Published: 06/07/2010 Updated: 08/06/2019

Lincoln City offers golfers several challenging courses for both nine and eighteen hole rounds.
While some travel to the coast to take in the sun and the sand, others are hoping to avoid the sand—sand traps, that is. Lincoln City features several great courses to cure your golf craving, including the Chinook Winds Golf Resort offering rounds of nine or 18 holes with summer rates ranging from $27-$54. This is an ideal place to hold a tournament and the resort offers several packages that include boxed lunches and/or gourmet awards banquets. If you're not ready for the course or need help with your swing try out the high-definition golf simulator at Aces Bar & Grill featuring 10 championship golf courses, practice facility and competitions. Just a few miles south is the Salishan Spa & Golf Resort offering both 9-hole and 18-hole courses. Surrounded by nature this par-71 course is open year round. May through September fees range from $49-$119. Fees include green fee and golf cart. Nicknamed "The Jewel," the Neskowin Marsh Golf Course offers a unique golf experience. As the name implies, the course is on a natural marsh and offers three different layouts depending on the time of year. Greens fees for this 9-hole course range from $12-$17.50. Open late May to late October, this course offers old-fashioned, link-style golfing. Don't miss out on a coastal golf experience. Tee off in Lincoln City!
