Nine high-caliber folk and bluegrass groups will heat up the South Oregon Coast, January 24-26, during the 18th annual Winter Music Festival in Florence.

Warm up your winter with some hot bluegrass, folk and foot-stompin' music, January 24-26 at the Winter Music Festival in Florence, Oregon. Festival headliner Livingston Taylor will take the stage on Saturday evening. Taylor deftly blends a range of musical genres—folk, pop, gospel, jazz—fusing it with upbeat storytelling and hit songs he's written for his brother James. Other featured artists include Canadian mandolin master John Reischman and the Jaybirds, Grammy award winning Kathy Kallick Band, The Greg Blake Band and guitarist Jim Hurst. In harmony with the music, each day will feature exhibits and demonstrations by Florence Regional Arts Alliance, workshops by select musicians and jam sessions.

The Winter Music Festival is held at the Florence Event Center, 715 Quince St., Florence. Individual event tickets and festival passes are available at the box office, by phone and online.
