Unveilings, demos and receptions with live music will take place all weekend long in Cannon Beach, Oregon "One of the 100 Best Art Towns in America."

Cannon Beach galleries usher in the season with the 18th Annual Spring Unveiling Arts Festival, May 4-6, 2018. Throughout the town, eleven galleries will spotlight new work by nearly 40 artists with unveilings, demos and receptions all weekend long, making this event an unparalleled experience for the art lover.

Artwork being revealed for the first time will include virtually every medium from watercolors to pastels and oils, bronze to marble and metal sculpture, blown glass and ceramics. Cannon Beach's thriving arts scene goes beyond the galleries and into local restaurants serving up "Art from the Chef's Table." Nearly 30 local chefs select artwork from the galleries as their theme for creating special menu items offered only during the weekend.

Whether you are looking for that fresh, new piece of artwork or just love exploring the gallery scene, Cannon Beach is a town that invites you to wander and you're sure to find something inspiring. Most galleries are located within walking distance. You can pick up a brochure at galleries around town or at the Visitor Information Center, 207 N. Spruce St.
