Chocolatiers Nicole Malloy and Kevin Shaw, with chef and co owner Tara Shaw, wow food critics and casual nibblers alike. Unique gift selections include house coffee blended with a hint of chocolate, exclusively for Coastal Mist, by Bandon's RayJen Coffee Company; baking chocolate and extracts; and Goblin Shoe Candle Company in custom scents to match the shop's signature chocolates. Located in the historic Mason's building, The Cobbler's Bench was founded by Braun's father, and is the region's go-to for footwear and shoe repair since 1979. Second Street Gallery is awash in color and texture. Owners Peter Bauer and Candace Kreitlow purchased the gallery in August 2012. The space is a living canvas for their artistic expertise, with show-stopping sculptural displays and wearable art, as well as paintings and photography. Kreitlow enjoys her time in the gallery, where she shares beautiful art and watches the emotional impact it makes on customers. More than half the works are created by artists who live in the region, including some of the finest Pacific Northwest wood sculptors and craftsmen.
