New Hug Point and Siletz Bay Paintings at Jeffrey Hull Gallery in Cannon Beach
Published: 06/02/2012

Jeffrey Hull has been hard at work capturing more dramatic landscapes of the Oregon Coast and his latest work is now available at Jeffrey Hull Gallery in Cannon Beach, Oregon. Two new pieces depict the falls at Hug Point near Arch Cape and rock formations at Siletz Bay in Lincoln City.

"Falls–Hug Point" features a waterfall that drops right onto the beach and offers a glimpse of the sandstone cliffs and the caves begging to be explored. In the early 1900s, driving around this point was the only way to reach the settlements along this part of the coast by car and required a low tide to get to the other side earning the name Hug Point.

"Between Sisters" captures the basalt rock formations known as "The Sisters" of Siletz Bay. They are just off the shore on the Oregon coast and can be seen from Highway 101.

Both of these new pieces are available in two sizes, framed and unframed as well as limited edition giclee prints. For more information, call Jeffrey Hull Gallery in Cannon Beach, Oregon at (888) 426-2606.
